Booking Information

All registrations must be made online with credit card payment via our secure payment platform. On receipt of your booking, you will be sent an email confirmation and a .pdf receipt. Please note by registering, you agree to be contacted by the organiser. Should you not receive any details confirming your registration, please contact Stuart.Hawksworth@hse.gov.uk.

If you need to cancel

We understand that changes in circumstances mean that it is not always possible for an individual booked on the conference to attend.

As a not-for-profit organisation, cancellations can cause us problems and therefore if you cancel or if the delegate fails to join, the full fee will remain payable and no refund of fees already paid will be made.

However, an alternative delegate may be substituted up to 5 days before the conference.

If we need to cancel

Due to the ongoing CoVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision to run the 2021 conference online to minimise the likelihood of a cancellation. However, in the very unlikely situation that we cannot run the online conference on the confirmed dates, we reserve the right to postpone the event to a later date, or, in the event of a complete cancellation, we will offer delegates a full refund.

Discounts and Special Offers

Time-limited discounts are available for IA HySAFE members and will be communicated separately. For details on how to join IA HySAFE, please visit our website https://hysafe.info/

Sales of student tickets will be monitored by IA HySafe for eligibility. IA HySafe reserve the right to refund payments to delegates who do not meet the eligibility criteria for the student rate. Delegates will then be required to rebook at the full rate.
